The Recruiting Coordinator is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team supporting a geographically diverse customer base with requisition and candidate management.
The successful candidate will have a willingness to assist a large Talent Acquisition team where needed.
We are focused on optimizing the candidate experience.
The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for administrative functions of the recruiting lifecycle which may include the following:
Posting requisitions, sourcing, scheduling interviews/travel, processing visas, travel reimbursements and other invoicesExecute international offers and provide status updates on international talent during the onboarding processCoordination with the Human Resources Service Center team and ensuring that candidates have completed applications and met all pre-employment requirements.
Monitor pre-employment screening process for new hires and interact with Focused Cyber's HR dept and leadershipManage procurement invoicing processMaintain both manual and automated personnel records, collect and compile sensitive and confidential personnel statistics and prepares reportsAssist Operations Manager with additional duties which may include but are not limited to:
team event preparation, new hire orientation, generating reports/metrics, overseeing audits, job fair/event management, creating/updating policies and procedures, and developing/distributing communicationsPerform the full life cycle recruiting process of assessment, sourcing, identifying, vetting, verifying, selecting and hiring qualified candidates.
Determine customer's position requirements through interviews & requirements review.
Create job postings, candidate searches, resume collection, candidate interviews and vetting, and mine and create databases.
Search existing database to find potential candidates for current position openings.
Utilize various means to source candidates, such as through colleges and universities, professional associations, and local job networks.
Screen and prioritize resumes by position and location.
Create, maintain and manage the employee recruitment databases.
Conduct phone screenings and interviews with qualified candidates, making follow-up phone calls and using MS Outlook email invites.
Prepare correspondence, email, and other documents.
Proofread copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes.
Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.
Prepare confidential documents, such as Offer Letters, Employment Applications, and Non-Disclosure Agreements for signature and oversee the receipt and completion of executed documents.
Upon recruitment completion, provide Human Resources onboarding information.
Assist Human Resources as needed, including new employee orientation, and processing on-boarding paperwork.
Establish, develop, maintain, and update recruiting database management system, including scanning paper files or saving electronic files, such as resumes and phone screen/interview forms, to computerized filing system and retrieving information from files when needed.
Manage and execute employment verifications and background checks as required.
Other duties and responsibilities not mentioned explicitly may also be required as needed.

Must have the ability to demonstrate advanced MS Word skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
